Trying Banten Tour Package (2)


Before ending the trial trip tour package, a number of related parties such as the Department of Culture and Tourism of Banten, PHRI, HPI, Asita and elements of the Press signed an agreement to contribute to the development of tourism in the province of Banten is packed in a declaration called the "Declaration Umang".

Test Banten 2009 tour package is one of the programs initiated by the Office of Culture and Tourism of Banten province by including one representative offices related in Banten Province Department of Transport, Public Works Department, Marine and Fisheries, and several other agencies.

In addition, testing these tour packages involving other related elements of the Association of Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants (PHRI), Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (Asita), Association of Indonesian guide (HPI), the press and some elements of corporate travel agents.

Head of Culture and Tourism of Banten, Suharta Ranta said test tour package is a breakthrough step in the effort to promote tourism as well as evaluate what Banten lacks of tourism in Banten.

"We want to unite perceptions and soliciting input from stakeholders of how efforts to promote tourism in Banten," Ranta said Suharta after removing the test group tour package of the 2009 Jakarta S'Rizki Restaurant in Serang.

He said, with a pilot package of Banten involving tourism related elements are expected to a common perception of the world to promote tourism in Banten. Moreover, with activity expected of each other's deficiencies and weaknesses to correct both of those who provide services such as travel companies, as well as the tourist facilities are presented to the tourists themselves.

The group tour package of Banten in 2009 set off using a vehicle bus from S'Rizki Restaurant in Serang to Jakarta Batik handicraft center at Jalan Bhayangkara, then proceed to the object of pilgrimage tourism Banten Grand Mosque and the Museum of Antiquities the Old Banten Lama, which took about 30 minutes drive from Serang city.

After seeing a variety of ancient objects of heritage in the Sultanate of Maulana Hasanuddin Banten Lama Archeological Museum, with a guided group of officers from the DPD guides Association of Indonesia (HPI) of Banten province, then traveled to see heritage sites around locations such as Fort Banten Lama Speelwijk, Vihara Avalokitesvara, the Mosque of Chinatown.

Next, the group moved on in about an hour to the hotel at the beach Patrajasa Anyer, Serang which is one of a series of tourist attractions package Banten 2009 before finally stopped at the Central Office of Ujung Kulon National Park and the last at Umang Island in Ujung Kulon area. Happy Holiday!
